The prices are always valid in a double room per person and day without visitor's tax (Euro 2,--/person and day from 14 years of age).
Reduction for children (in room with parents): up to 0.99 years - free; from 1 to 3.99 years - Euro 10,-/day; from 4 to 11.99 years - 50%
Single room supplement: Euro 10,-/day
Third bed reduction: 15%

In the event of cancellation, the following provisions apply:
Up to 3 months before the guest's agreed arrival date at the latest, the accommodation contract can be canceled by the contractual partner without paying a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration.
Outside of the above period, a unilateral declaration of withdrawal by the contractual partner is only possible if the following cancellation fees are paid:
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total package price;
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price;
- 100% of the total package price from the day of arrival.
